Well, Mr. Holden needs to file suit against Dr. Martel and the University for interfering with his First Amendment rights. It's interesting the way the department head talked about it. It's like he knew he was in the wrong, but he was more afraid of the crazy professor (Martel) in his department than he was in the rightness or wrongness of the request.
