yeah at best the seventh ranked school in california. that is a guarantee she didn't get into the top six. especially Stanford and UC Berk which are in the same area as Hastings. And her dad was a tenured professor at Stanford. combine that with her affirmative action cornucopia, you're talking about someone who probably was a really low scorer on the LSAT and of course we know she didn't even make honors at a mediocre undergraduate program.

I believer the real pressure was not to give Kamala a leg up-many in her own party don't like her and her dismal performance in 2020 shows she's not a voter favorite. Rather, people like Sherrod Brown (D Ohio) are really worried that Biden was going to harm their chances of winning tough re-election races in red or purple states and that is why Brown was one of the first senators who pushed Biden to drop out
