Biden should be forced to stay in the race unless he is removed from office via the 25th or he resigns his office and Presidential duties. Primaries are for voters to excerise their rights to choose a nominee, not for them to be told who is on the ticket. Joe Biden's name should be on the ballot until a replacement is chosen from the people, not from Obama/Pelosi/Schumer.
