Biden has his Romney 47%/Hillary Deplorable Moment

On Thursday Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed Thursday that "10 to 15 percent" of Americans are "just not very good people."

The remarks harken back to the controversial comments made by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential election when, at a campaign event, she estimated that "half" of Trump's supporters belong in a "basket of deplorables."

I find it disturbing that so many people let good old Uncle Joe slide on his words that divide us as a country!

 

Probably could not put a percentage on it. But he’s 100% accurate.There is a percentage of Americans who just aren’t very good people.

Was Charles Manson a good person? How about Timothée McVay? Is he a good person?

 

If you listen to some of the posters here, all of the liberals in America are just not very good people, and that percentage is higher than Biden gave.

So it stands to reason that neither side should have a problem with this arbitrary statistic, they'll just disagree on who's included in it.

 

Actually, to them, liberals are the enemy of America, trying for its destruction for political power. That's a lot worse than just saying they are "not very good people".

If Trump said it, they would claim he was talking about black people for sure. Romney's comment was factual and it was twisted by the MSM. No one will know about this quote. The MSM will make sure of it.

You're not wrong. Which is actually the problem, if we're desensitized to inner-nation conflict, then this is the opening that countries around the world have been looking for.

We must unify the nation, if we are to achieve our boundless potential. Our framers knew from Jefferson onward that America could only be brought down from the inside, and sadly we are moving to achieve that. We need to move to achieve the opposite.

For those of us who weren't in on that issue here, how many of Bubba Dropdrawers' and Hildabeast's former associates have keeled over? Yeah, I've heard the reply before: old news.
