You can see how he started up briskly like he's been trained.
He started that trip up the stairs running. It's almost as if he thought to himself, "I'll show them how capable I am". And then he went on to learn the handicap of running in slick bottomed dress shoes on carpeted stairs. It was his hubris that did him in, in the end. You have to ask, how bad is Jill feeling right now; she knew he was feeble before the deep state put him there. Now who does this remind us of....oh yeah...Hillary. And you never saw it on CNN, NBC, msnbc, etc.

 

I don't understand why people nitpick these type of things. It was the same way when Trump was walking on a slippery ramp. They're human.

Okay. could be a weak ankle, bad shoes, or inner ear or other balance related problem. If it happens frequently , he should see his doctor. Our sense of balance is often compromised as we age. A few sessions with a physical therapist can teach some compensatory strategies.

it's been elder abuse from the day he announced his candidacy, he was never supposed to be President, Kamala is, and she's a part of Obama's globalist clone army. In a just world, the whole of the DC Elite would be prosecuted as hard as President Trump was; and there is actually evidence for their wrong doing.

I think you need to brush up on your definition of cognitive functions. These are motor functions.

 

They're all intertwined. If he has some form of dementia(I think he does), that would explain a lot of things.
