The 2nd Amendment neither states nor implies that government is obligated to sell any weapons/weapons systems it produces or procures.

You couldn't afford one as no one else could either, and you couldn't afford the components. And maintaining it? They got 12 or 18 month maintenance cycles and you couldn't afford the bill on that. And storing it. If you're gonna leave the warhead in your garage, it'll be non-functioning in less than 6 weeks.

You got money to pay for the guard force to guard it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year? 'Cause someone's gonna wanna steal it.
