Biden is a warmonger, we have already established that. Trump was no different. He had 4 years to end the war and choose not to

Bombing Africa is a waste of perfectly good bombs.

    Nice attempt at revisionist history.

    Now back to reality-

House Democrats, Working With Liz Cheney, Restrict Trump's ...
    [IMG]https://theintercept.com/2020/07/02...rawal-of-troops-from-afghanistan-and-germany/
Trump's plan "would reduce the number of troops from 8,600 to 4,500 and would be the lowest number since the very earliest days of the war in Afghanistan, which began in 2001."

Last night, the House Armed Services Committee voted overwhelmingly in favor of an amendment — jointly sponsored by Democratic Congressman Jason Crow of Colorado and Congresswoman Cheney of Wyoming — prohibiting the expenditure of monies to reduce the number of U.S. troops deployed in Afghanistan below 8,000 without a series of conditions first being met.

Totally agree, but it won't happen as Republicans and Democrats write our election laws and they write them as a mutual protection act. If there's one thing the two major parties agree on, it's no viable third party will ever rise.

Then there's financial, both major parties owe their hearts and souls to corporations, wall street firms, lobbyist, special interest groups, mega huge money donors etc. That's where they get their tens and hundreds of millions of dollars to run their campaigns and organization. In 2020 Biden spent 1.6 trillion, Trump 1.1 billion, in third place was Libertarian Jorgensen at a bit less than 3 million. You're not going to win being outspent 2.7 billion to 3 million.

    https://www.opensecrets.org/2020-presidential-race

In fact 14 billion dollars was spent on the 2020 election.

    https://www.opensecrets.org/news/2020/10/cost-of-2020-election-14billion-update/

No third party can compete with the resources the moneyed elites give to our two major parties. I call their giving investments. These moneyed elites invest their cash in our two major parties because they get an excellent return for their investment. If their return on their investment, some call it political donations, was worth their investment they wouldn't do it. These are smart businessmen, they know a good investment when they see one and investing in our two major parties is a darn good one for them. It makes our two major parties owe these moneyed folks big time.

We have a third party, the LP. There are actually several others too, but the duopoly writes the rules and the electorate is thoroughly indoctrinated to the duopoly.

Allow them to supply more bombs to replace those that were deployed?

True. About $40K each, pocket change for the federal government.

There's a long list (getting longer every day) of things I dislike and disapprove of in 'Geriatric' Joe Biden and his half-assed regime of hyperliberal, 'woke' morons -- BUT -- bombing Somalia isn't one of them!

Somalia is a classic Third-World shithole, run by tribal warlords, Islamo-nazis, and pirates! If Biden wants to flatten and then scrape-off that entire tip of the "Horn of Africa", he'd be doing the world a favor....

When you think of Somalia, remember -- that's where creatures like Ilhan Omar were spawned! :cynic:

Let’s see your home, and loved ones get hit buy a couple hellfires, and see how you feel about it. Your callous lunacy is why a portion of the world likes killing Americans.

Replacing munitions expended (a part of operations) is not considered very profitable.

Even if they posed no threat to US national security here at home? When will either party learn?!

Comparatively to the last 10 administrations, he was absolutely considered the most anti war.

It's the US that pose a threat to them. They get pissed we constantly kill their people and then they retaliate. How about we leave them to their own affairs and quite meddling.

Since 1898 under President McKinley the US has stuck it's nose in places where it doesn't belong.

Why don't we just kill them all and be done with it? Fast and efficient.

Why not just leave them to their own devices and manage their own affairs? There is one area of the world where I honestly think a ruthless dictator is needed and that is the middle east.

The difference was that guy was an Iranian general which is more of a diplomatic problem, while these people are insurgents. I don't know enough to say Trump's bombing was a bad idea though.

There can be only one. And that "one" must be the United States.

"Leaving them alone" got us the 9-11 attacks remember.
