You're right about them "not going anywhere" in terms of they can't get anything done right. Biden is now a pariah; the scapegoat (as well as the goat responsible for allowing himself to be used as a pawn/front man) and he's done. NO president in history has been this far underwater in short order; even the dems behind Biden are ready to dispose of him now, I think sooner than they had planned.... and they had always planned th dispose of Joe, he was the disposable but recognizable name they needed to gaslight the public.

Blinken.... A nobody, his departure won't leave a void because he could have been replaced with french poodle anyway. Joe's departure doesn't fix anything either. We may be worse off with Harris, a person who cares less for the American people than any politician. Her strengths seem to be rudeness obnoxiousness and indifference to others We don't need any more of that.

Joe screwed up because he didn't put enough forces into Afghanistan to cover a fighting retreat, if one became necessary when we were extracting our people. He also screwed up because he should have known the Afghan intelligentsia would want out. They stormed toward Hamid Karzai International Airport in an entirely predictable reaction to the prospect of a return to the Taliban Dark Ages.

So, I ask you--should we support the exit of anyone who wants out of the Taliban hell hole? Could be several million people. We might well strip the country of the intelligentsia. Should we? Those were the folks outside the airport. Do you want to let them in here? How many? Canada said they would take 20,000. We'd have to take close to 200,000 to do our share.

Between NATO countries, we won't even take in a million if Canada is the standard.

We should have told our nationals and Afghan friends long ago it was time to leave if they wanted our guarantee of a safe exit. How about the intelligentsia? In a country of 36m people? Too many.

What should Joe have done and what should he do now?

Anyway, we came up with effective coronavirus vaccines that can be reformulated quickly if the virus mutates. They're our best hope to cut transmission if enough people take them. Low transmission means so little around people go back to life as it was before.

Hogwash. Kamala Harris and others have quietly been making the rounds of influence to test the acceptability of removing Biden with the 25th amendment.
You can't stay blind to the transgressions of your own people and tell people you are righteous; nobody's buying it. Trouble is that they didn't win anything on merit- if they actually won on anything, it was hate; and that wont get the job done. Does everybody know that but you?

FYI, did you watch the videos of Admiral John Kirby? He explained how the military tried, as best they could, to come up with every concievable contingency, to the best of their ability. Biden acted on their advice.

No one can stop a suicide bomber, they are an ever lingering evil in the Middle east and europe.

You can't judge Biden for that. It could have, and likely would have, happened to any other president.

The oath is always 'to the best of one's ability'. To defend the United States to the best of one's ability.

Occasional failures have happened to all presidents, and if we impeached them for that, then all presidents should have been impeached.

Hell, on the first op President ordered, a soldier died and the op failed. By your logic, he should have been impeached right there. Should Reagan have been impeached for the soldiers that died in Beirut? Bush for 9/11?
