I just watched Biden giving a speech on MLK Day and telling the audience that car insurance is racist; he said if you are black your rates for the same policy are higher, simply because you're black!! Is this man TRYING to start a race war?? In the first place, this is a patent lie; insurance companies base their rates on profit and risk. Period. Call and get a quote and see if they ask if you're black or white. So why would he tell people such a thing except to sow discord in an already fractured society? And some people will be dumb enough to believe it. Every time I think this man can't sink any lower..he does.
