It shouldn’t matter if 7 million events fall on a day, worship should fall above the petty squabbles of man.

Easter falls on the Sunday after the first full moon of the Spring equinox. So you are not even celebrating a specific date, you are celebrating a period based on astronomy, pagan holidays were typically based on such events. So religious people stole a holiday and are now upset that another man made holiday falls on their holiday that jumps around on the calendar?

That you believe it is “your day” and how dare anyone even mention another day that falls on the same date (again, yours moves around) — is laughably absurd.

As I'm sure has been pointed out numerous times in this thread, Transgender Day has been on March 31 for 15 years. Easter is on a different date each year. So President Biden didn't "pick" anything. He acknowledged an existing yearly event.

Now, why doesn't @Steve N know how Easter is picked? Is he not a Christian? Is he a Fake Christian? Does he know that in 2025 Easter falls on Hitler's birthday? Will that give him two things to celebrate in one day?

Someone needs to ask these hard questions.

The hard question I answered is Biden should have downplayed this visibility thing knowing, as a Catholic himself, how sacred the day is and how his announcement might/did diminish it. If you read this entire thread or the other one on this subject, you'll find out that even though I'm not religious, I can still tell one someone is getting boned.
