An interesting post. I thought the first item you mentioned really needs to be covered a lot more, maybe in the MSM if it did anything other that pat the backs of politicians for starting wars, and focusing on minutia to distract the public. I was discussing the issue of the Population Bomb (came out as a book 1968 Paul Ehrlich) with an old fellow, who was totally convinced that rising population, particularly of stupid people, who weren't atheists, was the biggest threat to humanity. I gave some data he said he'd never heard before and my guess is he didn't believe the data either. But it certainly looks like the ultra rich octogenarians (and older) are trying to destroy humanity to save the environment and hence humanity, similar to what you mentioned.
I voted WW3. I think Economic Collapse is the real threat, but either one is pretty likely to lead to the other. But then again, those are threats to civilization, humanity will survive and rebuild.
Super Volcano, Nuclear War, Asteroid or comet impact. Not in any particular order. All three has the ability to wipe out mankind completely. Climate change, pandemics, AI, some, many, but not all.
Carrington-like events are fairly common. We just have not had one since we've been dependent on an electrical grid and telecommunications. Asteroids are much rarer; but if we have one that's an extinction level event well...it's an extinction level event.
