Yes a civil issue where the standard of proof is bias and people's feels. Completely irrelevant.

 

A lot of people will probably disagree with me, but I don't think the list should be made public. Let's say I'm on that list, does that make me a suspected pedophile? When I was growing up in NJ and worked with my father, a lot of mafiosos would use his business for legit purposes and sometimes those killers thanked him in a manner that was greatly beyond what my dad did for them. Now let's say someone did Epstein a huge favor, or maybe he just liked the guy, a trip to the Caribbean in the middle of January would seem like a nice payback for that favor. Also, if someone is on that list and is innocent, then the psychos out there might take matters into their own hands.

My suggestion is to have the FBI or whatever law enforcement agency investigate these people and if there's nothing there then their name should not be released.
