    Just another loophole that needs to be shut down...It's no wonder why this country is falling apart with people finding ways to rape the system like this...

    I don't know that any billionaires live there but they certainly could be millionaires. It sounds like a law that needs to be fixed. If you live in New York, you should talk to your city council representative.

    No need for an explanation, we know the solution, fix the tax code. I'm surprised democrats didn't do that when they had the White House, House, and Senate for two years...

    Might be that this isn't actually a partisan problem...

    It was explained in the article was it not?.......

    a tax abatement under a long-existing city program designed to provide more low-income housing.


    ....I wonder which (D)ependent party created the brain dead program.....and its unintended consequences.
