Fact: Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act that allows for persons to be kidnapped by the US Government. Fact: Congress has been wasting time having the FBI arrest those Russians that the FBI claimed were spies when the FBI could have been locating kidnapped children. So we can now believe that Congress is to blame whenever children are kidnapped, raped, and/or killed.
