No one is preventing them from having their own party, so what are they talking about? Do they want whites' permission? If they want my permission, fine, but they have to finish chores first. Anyway, they already have their own political party: democrat.
"The Statue of Lenin, Seattle, is a 16 ft (5 m) bronze statue of Communist revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, by Bulgarian sculptor Emil Venkov. It was completed and put on display in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in 1988, the year before the Velvet Revolution of 1989. In 1993 the statue was bought by an American who had found it lying in a scrapyard. He brought it home to Washington state, but died before he could carry out his plans for displaying the Soviet era memento." -- Wikipedia.
I think that's a great idea, BLM as it's own political party. Then instead of all of the racebaiters and lunatics and virtue signalers and reverse racists and white-man-haters automatically voting Democrat by default ----and helping boost the Dem's numbers---- now they can wallow and vote in their own little cesspool, where I don't think there's a chance in hell they'd ever have enough votes to have any impact on anything. But they could rant and virtue signal their little rotten hearts out, and it would cause an irreparable crack in the Dem's base. Win win!
Are you kidding? When you add in the block of white sympathizers, hispanics, illegals, and so forth, the number is probably huge.
No, I wasn't kidding. I think it would irreparably split the Democrats. The saner more moderate Democrats don't want anything to do with that crap any more than the rest of us do. BLM starting its own political party would effectively neuter the Democrats. Neither BLM nor the Democrats, once split, would have enough concentrated power to destroy accomplish anything anymore. Meanwhile I doubt a BLM party could get even one Independent or Republican to switch affiliation. So the Republicans stay the same (with the same power), the Independents stay the same (with the same power), and the Democrats are split into regular Democrats vs BLM (and now the Democrats only have half of their previous power, and the BLM has the other half.) That's just how I see it.....
I don't feel the need to worship any man or woman for that matter. Do you? Back on topic. Polls now indicate that even a majority of Republicans support the protests.
Democrats do. For sure. There is a statue of Nathan Bedford Forrest in Nashville on private property that has been vandalized so many times. The intolerance of the left is legendary. Yup, this is private property too, but that doesn't stop the vandals and leftist race baiters from painting it pink or otherwise defacing it..... By comparison, the Vlad statue seems to get reverence in Seattle..
Why wouldn't they? As long as the protests are peaceful. How many democrats are denouncing the violence and the looting?
I support their right to protest even though I don't agree with what they are protesting about. Do you see the distinction?
Pretty much all of them. I listened to the congressional hearings a bit ago and all of them, Democrats and Republicans alike, denounced the violence but applauded the protesters just as they all denounced police brutality while applauding the good cops with incredibly tough jobs.
Hmm... that must not get out in public then. I have yet to see folks, especially in leadership actively come out and ask for calm or otherwise publicly denounce these criminals. The leftist media seem to wax endlessly trying to justify or otherwise apologize and then justify these criminals. I believe that is why they have been so prolific. When the mayor of Minneapolis simply abdicated his responsibly and pulled the police away from these areas of crime, he provided his tacit approval of them. I watch these folks today who regularly condemn the police generally not taking into account the possibility that there might actually be good cops out there. These cases don't exist in a vacuum, and they are readily available for view on all of the major news outlets these days. It shouldn't take long for you to view a couple just to get the flavor of how discordant your observation is and what is actually reality here today.
You know, I'm aware of a continent where BLM can establish their own political party and create their own police force. I wonder why they haven't thought of that.
You're not paying attention then. In addition to how every congressman prefaced his or her statements in today's hearings here's an Obama statement from early last week:
I don't think anybody had an issue with the protests. It's the rioters, looters, and general bad actors of both sides people have an issue with.
Such will never be allowed to happen. According to Joe Biden, black individuals cannot be black if they vote for anyone other than himself. Essentially he is stating the black community is owned by the democrat party, and has no choice in the matter.
Gosh... And yet, when pressed to actually defend the cities, the criticism of actually doing so was immediate and specifically led by the NDP and their rabble. No? Or don't you recall this part?
Likely a Freudian thing... He let the secret ownership out of the closet so to speak... When will minorities finally realize that the democratic party has nothing for them but dependence and oppression...
