No, his movement told the officer he was going to draw on him, he didn't execute anyone, "Little homicide" killed himself (and frankly it was only a matter of time).

The video, as you are fully aware, clearly shows the suspect drop his weapon, and then stop when commanded and complies with every order the officer gives him, until he is shot. You know this. Everyone who has seen the video knows this. It is in no way a debatable point. We can see it all clearly on the video.

Nobody can deny that directly following the orders of the police of stop running and raising hands still resulted in an immediate execution. There was no command to drop any gun. You just are making it up. You hardly can see it on the vid of the bodycam. The cop also rushed towards the kid when he executed him without a care in the world he could be armed and dangerous. So everything points that the cop never saw the gun until he found it.
