It’s aways good to stumble upon an unexpected laugh.

...Instead of essentially requiring automakers to rapidly ramp up sales of electric vehicles over the next few years, the administration would give car manufacturers more time, with a sharp increase in sales not required until after 2030...

...The change comes as President Biden faces intense crosswinds as he runs for re-election while trying to confront climate change. He is aiming to cut carbon dioxide emissions from gasoline-powered vehicles, which make up the largest single source of greenhouse gases emitted by the United States.

At the same time, Mr. Biden needs cooperation from the auto industry and political support from the unionized auto workers who backed him in 2020 but now worry that an abrupt transition to electric vehicles would cost jobs...

Not to mention that no American with more than two brain cells together will jettison their reliable ride in favor of an unreliable Duracell pretend car.

...The decision was taken mainly because consumer demand for EVs has been lower than expected, and various major car manufacturers announced disappointing results in their recent annual reports...

“Lower than expected” – read: circling the drain, as drivers realize there’s no ROI from their virtue signaling.

...There are, of course, a variety of reasons for the drastic underperformance of EVs, but perhaps the greatest issue is that they are still working out as more expensive than traditional gas-powered cars…

Not to mention the scarcity of charging points, never mind the time it takes even if you find one. But here’s the part that made me chuckle:

...It is not all doom and gloom for the EV industry, though, as Elon Musk’s Tesla continues to go from strength to strength. Yet Musk’s recent embrace of the anti-Biden agenda has unfortunately made him persona non grata within the White House… don’t be surprised if Tesla’s famously generous government subsidies soon vanish into thin air...

Yep. Wait’ll Joe Sixpack finds out the true cost of a subcompact Tesla is north of 100k. “Thin air” will describe the terminus of consumer demand. Which won’t stop blue states from outlawing combustion engine cars. Your standard of living will take in in the shorts, and you’ll like it. So let it be written, so let it be done.

Raising livestock for human consumption generates nearly 15% of total global greenhouse gas emissions, which is greater than all the transportation emissions combined.Mar 15, 2022

And that's why Carbon Commies want everyone to eat crickets.

Left to their own devices they will impose their control over every aspect of our existences...

There is a simple solution to this problem: don't want one, don't buy one.

Maybe the Democrat government is finally understanding they can't force people to buy the damn things?

Every living cell is made up of carbon that was previously a molecule of CO^2. I'm a big fan of CO^2 as I'm a big fan of Life.

ON THE PAYROLL: Bribed Demented Joe's 'Climate' Bill Has Helped Communist China

The $Millions to the Bidens in Bribes are the best money that Red China has ever spent.

'Joe Biden has come through again for America’s enemies the Chinese Communists as his woke climate bill proved a boon for the Chinese battery market. Is Biden’s agenda green or red?'

'Even as environmental restrictions prove burdensome for any American company looking to mine and refine our deposits of rare earths (necessary for electronics/batteries), China dominates that market. U.S. “green” subsidies triggered increased demand for Chinese batteries.'

'China controls 70% of rare earths mining globally and around 89% of key rare earths refining.'

'Biden signed the IRA into law in August 2022, creating “a bevy of green energy subsidies” to launch America’s transition away from reliable “fossil fuels” (i.e. gas, coal, and oil — which aren’t actually from fossils).

'If fossil fuels come from fossils, why have scientists found them on one of Saturn’s moons?'

I don't think those cheering for the dems realize that. If they had a genuine concern, they would be Vegans!

Oh they’ll become “Vegans” but with a private farm in their walled off backyard away from prying eyes.

That’s what they did during COVID. You all can wear masks and not be allowed to travel or congregate. We’ll still have our private parties and fly private jets wherever we want to go:)

No one ever had to buy Obama care.

Maybe the MAGA folks need to understand people should be free to buy one if they choose.

Why are you guys complaining about the free enterprise system?

But we’re ALL paying for it. You understand that right? Just like we’re all paying for a few irresponsible people who can’t read a loan agreement.

We’re already paying for climate change consequences and it’s only going to get worse.
What part of that don’t you understand?

Yes I do. We are all paying for Medicare, we are all paying for Social Security, a highway system, and a lot of other things.
We are all also paying for climate problems with huge increases in homeowners insurance, increased cost for repairing damage from floods and storms, and cost of aid for those who have property damage. When one belongs to a society one pays to benefit that society.

Quite right. They're just penalized when they don't. Thanks for clearing that up.
Do you agree with automakers being mandated to sell x numbers of EVs? If not, why? Do you agree with Tesla being subsidized to the tune of $3 billion by Uncle Sam? If not, why? Do you agree with the 9 states that have announced bans on the sale of new combustion engine cars? If not, why?

You really think we caused it all and can fix it all by just paying more taxes:) In the 90s I was told by the experts that Hurricanes would get worse and FL would be underwater? What happened?

You do understand, we could cut using ALL fossil fuels tomorrow and it won’t make a damn difference? You get that right? Why? Because China and India are causing far MORE damage than we ever have and don’t give a ****.

I’m referring to specific things that don’t impact me. I never implied I shouidnt have to pay for societal services like SS or roads, etc.

Loan forgiveness is COMPLETELY different. And insurance has gone up because the cost of everything has gone up. We are NOT being hit by more hurricanes now than 20yrs ago. That’s an EXCUSE!!! More expensive homes cost more combined with people who aren’t paying and companies demanding more profits along with tremendous amount of fraud. Like how cable bills rose as more people stopped using it. The cost hs to get spread around.

An oldie but a goodie. If I had to guess, I'd peg the narrator's testosterone level at about a negative 700. Viewer discretion is advised. You'll be witnessing Evil Incarnate, as he carves up a "recently murdered deer." Oh the humanity!

Ha! Good times. Personally, I don't eat meat. I think people should eat less for health reasons. Calling them murderers is probably not a good way to get your message herd.

Evidently you don't understand what free enterprise means. Free enterprise does not mean that the government forces manufacturers to create certain products with mandates by certain dates
