The travel ban was written too broadly and it was argued half-heartedly by career liberals in the DOJ.

The basic policy is sound and Trump will easily win in the end if the ban is re-written.

Not at all, Trump was caught in a no-mans land. After all, he couldn't "ban Muslims" or a registry(and given what you know now, a registry would be WAY better.). This is all because of political opposition to Donald Trump. It really is unprecedented, and a downfall of the US.

The law is not what is being questioned. The Executive Order based on the law is being questioned… and its fate is anything but clear.

You do not agree with the ruling so you disparage the judges. Trump being a Dildo Brained Tool disparaged the judges even before they made the ruling. Trump caused the ruling to go against his ban because Trump failed to vette the order and failed to have professionals to help determine if we really have a problem if we did put together a plan put it to the test. This is one reason that I think Trump is not fit to be POTUS and that is he let's his EGO and his mouth make decisions. He claimed that he is the only one who can fix what is "wrong" with the country. Well we just saw one of your attempts to fix something that may not be broken.
