Ah, no. The savages know that in democratic cities, rioting will be the order of the day, win, lose or continued counting.

The over/under is three days of rioting.

After President Trump's 2016 victory, in the early hours of Nov. 9th, there were riots in Oakland. Some idiots decided to try to occupy Highway 24, in the middle of the night. One of them got ran over.

Glad you caught that.. My post is 100% accurate, Mules said no collusion and plenty of questions on the Biden's to warrant something to look into. Those aren't debatable they are facts.

Is this code for riots like "peaceful protests" were? I looked for what they define "stealing the vote" or "election interference" meant. They didn't offer a definition. It is probably tantamount to the left's refusal to accept the 2016 election where they wear weird hats and scream at the sky. If they strike for this reason they are open to legal action. Unions just can't strike just because they want to. They have to have a reason defined by the NRLB and stipulated in the National Labor Relations Act. While striking the conduct of a striker is also scrutinized. If they do anything illegal or in violation of the NLR Act they are subject to legal actions. No where does the NLR Act define "pissing and moaning about election results" as a legal reason to strike. It looks to me like the unions are just writing a check that their ass can't cash. Just more empty threats. **** them.

    The Right to Strike

"Lawful and unlawful strikes. The lawfulness of a strike may depend on the object, or purpose, of the strike, on its timing, or on the conduct of the strikers. The object, or objects, of a strike and whether the objects are lawful are matters that are not always easy to determine. Such issues often have to be decided by the National Labor Relations Board. The consequences can be severe to striking employees and struck employers, involving as they do questions of reinstatement and backpay.

It must be emphasized that the following is only a brief outline. A detailed analysis of the law concerning strikes, and application of the law to all the factual situations that can arise in connection with strikes, is beyond the scope of this material. Employees and employers who anticipate being involved in strike action should proceed cautiously and on the basis of competent advice."

"Strikes for a lawful object.Employees who strike for a lawful object fall into two classes “economic strikers” and “unfair labor practice strikers.” Both classes continue as employees, but unfair labor practice strikers have greater rights of reinstatement to their jobs."

"Strikes unlawful because of misconduct of strikers. Strikers who engage in serious misconduct in the course of a strike may be refused reinstatement to their former jobs. This applies to both economic strikers and unfair labor practice strikers. Serious misconduct has been held to include, among other things, violence and threats of violence. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that a “sitdown” strike, when employees simply stay in the plant and refuse to work, thus depriving the owner of property, is not protected by the law. Examples of serious misconduct that could cause the employees involved to lose their right to reinstatement are:

    • Strikers physically blocking persons from entering or leaving a struck plant.
    • Strikers threatening violence against nonstriking employees.
    • Strikers attacking management representatives."

You act like it's employed people who will strike ;)

It would probably be the same types who were hysterical in 2016, plus some idiotic entitled millennials. (And maybe some rioters trading in their BLM hoodies for pink p*ssy hats, for the day.)

You can't really know a person's views until you talk with them. Assigning a position for them without actually knowing is why we are the divided mess that we are today. It's easier to assume or pretend to know why someone is voting the way they are instead of having a discussion. We need to get back to having real conversations with one another.

Can you really go on strike if you're voluntarily unemployed though?

This year, especially, all Americans got to see how Democrats act when they think they can get away with it.

From the rioting to their actions in VA to what they've done with Covid to their actions in Congress.....sane people reject what they have to offer.

A shutdown in Seattle is only going to hurt Seattle, prolly the third least common place to find Trump supporters in the whole country.

So, is this like mass self flagellation or something? I don't get it...

    But have fun!

Jeebus, the Trump supporters can arrest you for not going to work now?

That's what a General Strike is really. Nobody goes to work. No violence, no attacks on anyone or anything, Just nobody goes to work. Lots of people come out in the streets but in most cases, nobody attacks anything, at least not before the police attack them. In Russia, in 1989 they called out the Army but the Army just joined in. That's important.

I've talked to people who say they do it in France a lot. It comes from WWII. Whenever the Nazis became too oppressive everyone would just stay home. The Nazis eventually overcame it by just shooting people at random but then things would start to blow up and soldiers turn up dead. I don't think even Trump supporters would want to get into that.

Given the reality of recent “taking to the streets”...when the dems protest they almost aways resort to violence. As of recently anyways.
