Another BIG VICTORY for same-sex marriage, this time in North Carolina! What more can be said. The Federal judge obviously found that the prohibition of same-sex marriage in that state is unconstitutional therefore he ruled against Amendment 1. KUDOS to the judge and the LGBT community in North Carolina!
