That’s costing a family more than $13,000 extra per year for the same house. This has forced many Americans to rent instead, and the increased demand for apartments has driven rents to record highs.”'

Interest costs, after coming down nicely under Trump, reversed under the wild spending Bribed Joe and are now UP 148% under Bribed Joe.



Housing inflation

In the 8 years before Bribed Joe's Successive $Trillion Red Ink Orgies, home costs only rose 33%, total for all 8 years.

In the 3 years of Bribed Joe's wild inflationary spending, home prices have risen 39% in just 3 years.



Look at the vice Bribed Joe has put Renters in. Rents have gone up more in 3 years under Bribed Joe that than they did in the previous 6 and a half years.



Bribed Joe 'has done some disastrously bad things to the economy and the border. His actions have long-term negative consequences. But now he wants to be reelected, and he is blaming Trump and Congress for the negative consequences of his own actions. Just last month, Biden had the chutzpah, or the gall, or whatever, to say, “Every day between now and November, the American people are going to know the only reason the border is not secure is Donald Trump and his MAGA Republican friends.”'

But looking at the polls, few are buying Bribed Joe's lies. Why vote for the finger pointing and blame shifter when the guy that got all this right is on the ballot and actively seeking his final term?

Biden doesn't set interest rates. They're set by the FED. A supposedly apolitical organization subjected to tremendous pressure and even threat by Trump but now operating freely without Biden interference.

Biden doesn't set housing or rent prices. Those are set by property owners and the increase is purely the result of greed.

 

Biden told us he's doing everything he can to bring down inflation; he gave us the Inflation Reduction Act and now he has some task force looking in to how to reduce inflation. How successful has he been? The people on the left live in the same world the people on the right do, and if you listen to the people on the left everything is peachy keen even though the economy (read inflation) is at the top of the charts regarding Biden's disapproval ratings.

I looked at that chart and I'm asking myself if the high point of 10% has the most recent 3% added to it? When Biden took office a 30 pack of beer was $19.98, today it's $25.98. And just recently, gas was $2.48 four days ago, today it's $3.44. Gas prices keep bouncing up and down, but the stuff in stores just keeps going up and up.

 

Which would be the fault of the stores raising prices.

There's been an inflation mountain, which is down now preceding the election,
but it has done a lot of damage and it will take a miracle to stop it
going back up again.

The fundamentals need to be fixed. And we need more Musk, less Biden.
And Trump will be a lot better than Biden.

 

Please spread more of your "I am a kid working in retail and the President hasn't called me" wisdom with us so that we can learn more about the economy.

 

Biden is not responsible for anything that ever goes wrong. Actually Biden is so insulated from life in America, he has no idea that anything is wrong. He doesn't have to worry about his security, interest rates or household budgets. Add to that, his mental state, and Biden is living like a retired person in a facility.

He has to give a prepared speech now and then, if he wants to stay in the Whitehouse rest home, but doesn't have to take any questions. In other words, he's nothing but an actor who only has to read his lines. He has no need and is strongly encouraged not to go off script.

 

Almost like it was Covid related supply issues... and the USA was not the only ones effected - the upward trend started under Trump....
