Well, Israel needs to accept it or offer it to the Arabs. after all, it is Israeli territory, and a country cant allow the Arabs to infiltrate Israel, it needs to be accepted, thus Israel needs to offer it, which it already did.

It's like an Indian man will decide one day to enter your house without your acceptnace and he will decide that it is he that needs to live there, because before the Brits came to America the Indians lived (and still living) in America, and you cant do nothing about it. Last time I checked the Serves treaty protects the civil rights of the non-Jewish population.
That includes that Israel may not ban them from going to their own houses because they are Arab.
That is an apartheid measure. And it looks like you are supporting it.

 

Israel also restricts the travel of Arabs between Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank...which violates the rights of non-Jews in Palestine...contrary to the rules of the Palestine Mandate.

wait a second, you always say that the Palestine Mandate is in effect, and if this is true, than Israel has no legal right to prevent Arab residents of the West Bank or Gaza from entering Israel unless they are a specific security threat.
