And I foolishly thought it might have been something in any way important to anyone other than those directly involved. That’ll teach me for having any faith in the media industry. You can certainly raise valid questions about the legitimacy of such injunctions in general but I think you can also raise valid questions as to whether there is anything positive in the publication of salacious gossip about people’s private lives just because they happen to have one of a handful of specific jobs. The fact a growing proportion of what is produced by these publications is outright lies doesn’t help.
