This isn’t exactly news. It’s been basic business since the first guy tried selling a shiny rock and someone stole it. Can’t do business if people rob you. So we’ve got Dem politicians claiming it’s racist when a business has to close shop because they can’t operate anymore in a particular community? Sorry but it’s the community. Guess Chicago will only have govt. cheese stores eventually, because who in their right mind would want to operate in a community that hates you? Or MAYBE wealthy black leaders and business owners need to start supporting their own people and prove just how great these communities are, instead of blaming “white” people. Wonder how much federal aid these cities will get for self inflicted problems?
The very crime that democrats believe is just and necessary to punish the people has consequences.... who could have predicted that... So, businesses close up shop, and leave. And the people are left with? Leaders in the Chicago area seem to have entirely forgotten about that part..
Chicago is really coming to a tipping point. The thugs have now invaded the retail space where the wealthy shop. The stores are closing, and soon the whole city with be another Newark, New Jersey. When they first did it, Lori Lightfoot told them "to cut it out." They didn't listen. They are back and more violent than ever. You won't be able to buy food in the neighborhood unless there's a dollar show that sell off-brands. There will be no fresh meat or produce. The new mayor, will say that it's "racism." No it isn't. It's due to the fact that decent people can't earn a living your city because of crime.

There vote was close. The fool they elected only won by 3 percentage points. Sadly African-Americans vote too much on racial lines. "He's Black; I'm Black; I'm voting for "the brother.' The trouble is this 'brother" is owned by the teacher's unions and probably George Soros. Neither of those entities care about your life.
