Is there a law to restrict the police brutality?

Several things can be gleaned from the video.

Cops can be asses, just like other people.

Perps can bring things upon themselves.

Apparently being unable to breath doesn't limit ones ability to yell for several minutes, or cause them to stop resisting and comply with a request to place their hands behind their back.

It's unfortunate the guy subsequently died. Do I believe he was intentionally killed? No

Thank you K47, for linking the article/video.

Sorry, but there is not enough evidence in this report to say the cops are at fault.

There were no drugs or alcohol in his system, so this was a very strong and violent person.

Schitzophrenics are usually not violent. Seems like thisguy was just another sociopath who hated authority. Violent people with real mental illnesses should be confined and treated and not let to wander the streets. His psychiatrist should be fined and his license suspended.
