Let me put it this way, Bannon's Defense Team has not argued otherwise in pre-trial motions. Thus, the logical conclusion is that whatever exculpatory evidence is there, it has been given to the defense by the prosecution. If not all the evidence has been provided, then the defense has the ability to file a motion stating and demanding the evidence. But that hasn't happened.
Most people see this a a trial and are not interested in the legal eagles arguing points of law that 99% of the population do not understand.
They failed to stop the VP from ratifying the lawful results of the 2020 election, the entire purpose of the Jan 6th insurrection and Trumps direction to march on the closed Capitol.
fully documented and never investigated... there was an attempted coup started under the watch of Obama and Biden and ran through the Trump presidency by the deep state.. unless Durham was to actually do something... after Huber I'm not holding my breath...
You don’t get to redefine words to fit your beliefs. No one tried to remove the POTUS (or anyone else) from office. If you’re gonna try to debate at least understand the meaning of the words you use.
So, now that you can no longer distinguish a failed coup vs a successful coup, you grasp for any straw man? I'll refer you to my second sig line, toddles.
My question... while she was making her own rules... why did she stop at 2 RINO's... she had the chance to cherry pick her own 3 other RINO's, she could of had 5 RINO's... or as she was making the rules, just stick 5 Democrats in there... EACH AND EVERY MEMBER ON THE PANEL HAS ALREADY VOTED TO IMPEACH TRUMP IN THE FAILED IMPEACHMENT ATTEMPT after the 2020 election... ... she could have picked the other Republicans that voted to hold Trump accountable.. https://twitter.com/RepMeijer/statu...-voted-impeach-donald-trump/story?id=75235094
Why is this question so hard for you to answer: So exactly who did they attempt to remove from office?
And who does this motion go to? Bannon's has the right to question his accusers.... but the law makers who write laws, made a law that protects themselves from question or scrutiny.... they have the same deal when it come to FOIA... they wrote a law that exempts them and only them...
Don't try for rocket science, you have no foundation. "They failed to stop the VP from ratifying the lawful results of the 2020 election, the entire purpose of the Jan 6th insurrection and Trump's direction to march on the closed Capitol." AKA a failed coup.
