I have heard different things, I am wondering if someone can break it down simply. I have heard things like a $695 penalty or 2.5% of income, whichever is greater. I've also heard something like a $95 penalty, or 1%. I've heard that 133% of the poverty line may be exempt, and I've also heard 400%. Can someone explain simply how much "redistribution" there is in this bill? At what level do you receive benefits without paying into the system? Thanks?
