It looks like you only read the first sentence of your link and not the second. As for your daughter, and other minors, they can choose when they are of age. Or not, in which case they belong to the other foreign country as far as I'm concerned. Having two national identities and two national loyalties makes zero sense.

This is interesting. I checked this out and found your last paragraph is correct. When I heard this story, I just assumed Canada just really didn't understand WWII and that someone fighting "against Russia" was fighting "for the Nazis." Since it's difficult to believe Zelenskyy didn't know, we must assume he's ok with Nazis, so long as they were fighting "against Russia."

Canadian has more than a million Ukrainian immigrants. They fought Nazis for more than two years while we sat on the sidelines. They know how Stalin collectivized agriculture and left millions of starving Ukrainians. But they also know how Ukrainians fought the Germans.

Canadians weren't happy when they realized Hunka fought for Germany.

The Speaker, forced out in disgrace, says he was solely responsible for Hunka.

 

Hunka and other enlisted men were not tried as individuals.

Most were applauding on cue, unaware of just who was being thanked for his WW2 service.

We in Canada and the United States don't jail people for war crimes unless they are deemed personally responsible.

Putin bribed Biden? I guess he didn't pay on time because Biden is wrecking his economy and military. NATO is now a solid wall from the Arctic to the Black Sea.

I'm not required to respond to your asinine and baseless assertions. I'm not the one using Nazi propaganda in this thread and elsewhere on the forum. From my experience, the people who use Nazi propaganda tend to be the ones who support dictatorships who invade other countries. It's not a good look, you should probably stop using debate tactics and language that come straight from the Nazi manual. When you can manage to do that, people might start taking your accusations seriously and actually take the time to respond to them more quickly.

 

Trump's policies actually targeted and harmed Russia, while Obama/Biden/Clinton largely sat back and let them do what they wanted. This is probably why you hate Trump and pretend the two administrations were similar. A Russian troll farm would express a similar opinion.
