While the proposed term is horrible and offensive, it's in no way meant to replace the original, traditional term for that which men are so fond of. It's meant only for trans people.

I'm all for calling a vagina "vagina" even if it's stuck between a trans man's legs, because biological realities do not depend on whether we like them or not. Gender identity, however, is another matter, and the trans psyche can be quite fragile, so maybe - a big frown-ridden maybe - using alternative terms can really help such people.

You don’t seem to be able to comprehend relatively simple concepts. As a medical professional, I know most women refer to themselves as a woman, not as a cis-woman. I would use the term that a patient prefers and is comfortable with. If a woman asks me to call her cis-gender, I would from then on in do so. If you listen to patients, you will hear their preferred terms. If a patient comes in and complains that their ‘back passage’ is itchy, I would use ‘back passage’ over ‘rectum because that is their comfortable term. That’s all I am saying. The list provided by the charity is a list of words that some patients may be more comfortable with.

What does following mean ‘Must women move their name so a trans can it?’ I have no idea what you are alluding to, my point was that in the medical world, medical staff generally use the words patients are comfortable with. I didn’t defend men taking women’s names and making women use different ones.
