Lol fumbling stumbling donnie threatened high tariffs (of 35%) for goods and services on companies who send jobs out of the U.S. Instead UT
Carriers' parent company is being awarded tax breaks from Indiana even though its' sending the majority of Carrier's work force to Mexico anyways . Plus Trump assures UT that they will be given more of the kinds of tax breaks from the federal government that UT had lobbied for in the past. I think we call this blackmail. UT is a multi-billion dollar company so keeping a few workers that they had planned to send to Mexico will hardly bother them. Orange-**** stuffed the high Tariffs down every American's throat in a big screw you and assured U.S. companies that there is a yellow streak down the center of his back. I don't care if you wish to keep drinking the orange cool aid. But please don't pass the pitcher to the rest of us.

I understand you were in on the conversation with Carrier since you know everything. At least you finally figured out Carrier is not a steel company. I would be embarrassed too.

Well...I don't talk politics so can't help reinforce your very biased perspective. Every state in the US has been giving incentives and/or concessions for decades to lure and keep certain businesses in their states...this was not invented by Trump! You need to question why it took Pence so long to offer Carrier a deal they could not refuse? And...for every penny the corporations don't pay in taxes is one more penny that the citizens must pay...

No I wasn't but your ignorance on the facts doesn't justify sarcasm on your part. He also promised tax cuts for all major companies who kept jobs in the U.S. Now here's one for you . Why hasn't orange-**** applied the 35% tariff as he promised/threatened against Carrier/ UT. . You've avoided this every time out. You see when **** caves in on a promise and decides to reward companies for out sourcing jobs he looks exactly like he is : an orange-**** with a yellow streak down his back and loses credibility on the next negotiation. He is the laughing stockof the business world. But keep drinking the orange cool aid.

"In a string of early-morning tweets, Trump said he intends to keep jobs in the United States by lowering taxes for companies and slashing regulations, two key components of his economic agenda. But he also warned that companies that send jobs offshore would face a 35 percent tariff on goods sold back to the United States." :roflol:

How lame. You failed to address my previous post entirely.

Once again you run away from the fact that orange-**** in a cowardly craven manner totally caves in on a threat to charge UT/ Carrier 35 % tariff for sending jobs to Mexico. Lol this orange jackass has no credibility in the business world his threats are total B.S.. It's amazing how orange-**** pees his toxins into the pitcher and passes it around. But he's been trashing his followers for months by backtracking or outright lying on every campaign promise he's made.

What do you mean by you guys? I’m only speaking for myself. You’re not making sense.

Once again your post above shows total out of control anger on your part and proving it by putting words in my mouth that I have never remotely implied or said. You need to gain control of your self

By ignoring my previous post below over and over again I assume you agree with every word of it and can’t find a single cogent argument against it.

It's appropriate anger when referring to a lying jackass who tweets all night and can't control his own anger. Lol he mocks the handicapped in front of the cameras and spends nights going after SNL. in tweet from.

. You dishonestly put words and or sentiments in my mouth that I've never said or believed in the least. You have stooped to a personal attack. And you have stopped debating or defending orange-***** behavior.

The U.S. gained 178,000 jobs in November.

This, despite the manufacturing sector continuing to reduce its workforce, primarily due to technological advances. The competitive nature of capitalism demands economic efficiency, and government interference, cajoling and bullying private industry - or surrendering to their extortion - to “make work” via taxpayer subsidies, is not a viable strategy.

Whether Congress finally gets around to implementing any of President Obama’s measures to add to the jobs created during his tenure, what Sarah Palin has labeled the Novelty Act’s hyped stunt with Carrier Corporation for his woefully naïve lickspittles "crony capitalism" isn’t the answer.

]Greg Hayes, the CEO of United Technologies, the parent company of the heating and air-conditioner manufacturer Carrier explains why it makes economic sense to move jobs to Mexico: ”Wages are obviously significantly lower. About 80% lower on average. But absenteeism runs about 1%. Turnover runs about 2%. Very, very dedicated workforce!”

So, what are Carrier’s plans if it cannot lower cost by moving jobs to Mexico?

    CEO Hayes:

“[W]e’re going to make a $16 million investment in that factory in Indianapolis to automate to drive the cost down so that we can continue to be competitive. Now is it as cheap as moving to Mexico with lower cost of labor? No. But we will make that plant competitive just because we'll make the capital investments there.

But what that ultimately means is there will be fewer jobs.”

Can you not tell the difference between 'keeping' jobs in the US based on fierce competition, efficiency, cost savings, technology, being smart...versus buying those jobs with taxpayer funds? Any lame ass person can spend taxpayer funds to force this stuff. Is this the path you wish to go down...just subsidize all US companies who cannot seem to manage their businesses in the US? Just baby corporations and let the taxpayer buy jobs? These comments are not about 'saving US jobs'...they are about how pathetic we have become...

Lol notice a complete lack of evidence only name calling. Here’s why you show no evidence:

“Still, United Technologies plans to close another facility in the state and move 700 jobs to Mexico. Separately, The Wall Street Journal reported that the company still plans to move another 600 jobs to Mexico from the plant that it will keep open.”
    http://www.cnbc.com/2016/12/01/afte...s-others-cant-leave-without-consequences.html

Clearly many many more jobs are being lost than kept but you keep blabbing on and on. Not only that, but UT/Carrier is still being rewarded tax breaks for sending the majority of its jobs out the U.S. No wonder you resort to name calling and. How desperate.

You’re right he’s not even the President and he has already sent signals to the business world that he will now reward companies with tax breaks for sending jobs out of the U.S. even though he threatened tariffs on the goods and services from these companies if their jobs are outsourced.

“In a string of early-morning tweets, Trump said he intends to keep jobs in the United States by lowering taxes for companies and slashing regulations, two key components of his economic agenda. Lol he already caved in totally on the threat of tariffs. In fact he didn't even use them as a bargaining tool!!! You know this is a fact and you will never be able to defend it.

Once again Trump pours the orange cool aid. Why is anyone drinking this poison?

And your blind recital of mainstream media (which as we know gets everything right ;) ) changes the fact that Trump already saved 1100 middle class american jobs?

This is frankly the dumbest, most ridiculous argument I've seen in a long time and yes, I know, it's not your argument, it was concocted by mainstream media to fool the dwindling number of their sheeple. Good luck with the garbage you get from them, they certainly made their followers look like complete morons during this election season but they are counting on people who never learn.

Carrier's union president called out Trump's falsehood about 1100 jobs being saved (its actually a little less than 800), Trump went on to his twitter account and baselessly attacked him, and then his supporters found his phone number and started leaving threatening messages on his phone.

Just calling Liar Liar Liar is not debating. Although I'm sure the

"Here's more corroborating evidence that UT Carriers parent company is sending jobs out of the U.S and still getting tax breaks

"Other nearby factories are still shuttering and sending jobs to Mexico. The United Technologies Electronic Controls factory in Huntington, Indiana, which is owned by the same parent company as Carrier, is sending 700 jobs to Mexico"

    http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/300-carrier-jobs-trump-touts-indiana-moving-mexico/story?id=43915691

This company is playing a shell game with orange-**** and who is still claiming victory in a major loss of jobs. He is rewarding the company for sending jobs away by giving it tax breaks and has completely caved in on the 35% tariffs for incoming products on companies that send jobs to Mexico.

So cnbc, the wall street journal abc news and the Washington post are all vicious liars and only you and Trump are telling the truth? :roflol:

This is foul trick. Trying to get you angry by claiming you're pissed off about saving jobs. The is high ignorance. It's already been proven that UT the company that owns Carrier will be sending another 700 jobs jobs to Mexico from it's United Technologies Electronic Controls factory in Huntington, Indiana.. Also Trump clearly caved in on charging a 35% tariff on goods and services coming in from companies that send jobs to Mexico. UT will not be paying any tariffs and in the end will be rewarded with a 700million tax relief for sending the jobs to Mexico anyways. It's a shell game . In the end Trump only saved 800 jobs.

What people don't realize in cases like this is that the engineers that are left behind often end up training the replacements then their jobs go away.
