In the USA we have State governments that do set the foundation of administrative laws to govern the people within their juristiction. Often people place too much emphisis on the Federal Government because the broadcast media spins it that way.

Fact is, in the US ciizens are impacted more by their state governments, and will be affected by it's policies more than what the Fed imposes. This goes for all sectors of law, codes, inspections, and regulations.

The problem with the USA is they only blame the Federal government for their short commings and problems. When infact, their States' issues are impacing them more.

Example: most think the Federal government is the cause ofr problems wih their public schools. When the State is responsible for it.

They blame the Fed for creating a deficit in spending. But they are cluless to the massive amounts of State government debt they owe to investors.

The list goes on: so best to focus on the individual States, and you will uncover unpleasent things that will make the Federal Government look like its working well.

Reason Media propaganda directs your frustration to the Federal government is you cant do much about it. And if you did look into your state's government you will get angry at the crap they are doing to the taxpayer. And they don't want that.
