That relationship should have disqualified Smartmatic long ago. Texas saw the fraud and threw them out. Now we learn the software allows for decimal votes through "weighting" votes. Or in other words, per an expert statistician that he can prove mathematically that Biden got 1.3 votes per vote, whereas Trump received .7 votes per vote. He testified publicly in front of Nevada's elected officials.
