How the heck does this intelligence department keep getting surprised. Surprised Taliban could take over Afghanistan in less than a month. They now are caught off guard that China and Russia have these bad boys that can go into space, fly around the world a couple times then reenter and hit a target within a couple dozen miles. They've been so worried about woke and CRT training that we forgot we have enemies that are building weapons that we may want to be able to defend against.
