    We knew it was coming.

China is watching very closely what's going down in Ukraine. And there is still 3 years of the potato to go.

    Exactly.

Not just the US but the world is falling apart with Biden at the wheel.

You know how the streets of Cuba are basically a living museum of classic cars due to them not being able to import anything newer for half a century? Yea that's about to be us except with electronics. Only unlike Cubans, who had well built US cars that could be maintained for decades, all we have is cheap Chinese crap that breaks within months.

We. Are. ****ED. We are so mother ****ing ****ed its not even ****ing funny. I once planned to retire on a large plot of untouched land in the mid-North, but now I think leaving the country entirely is going to be necessary.

Oh brother... GlobalFoundry exist and is in Vermont. You've electronics assembly plants in the USA. Even Apple built one when they launch their new Mac Pro. You can build more and produce locally. The engineering is based in the USA and other western nation, it's only the lowskill assembly being done in china.

A LETTER TO THE US FROM JOHN CLEESE

To the citizens of the United States of America,

In light of your failure to elect a competent President of the USA and thus to govern yourselves, we hereby give notice of the revocation of your independence, effective today.

Her Sovereign Majesty Queen Elizabeth II resumes monarchical duties over all states, commonwealths and other territories. Except Utah, which she does not fancy.

Your new prime minister (The Right Honourable Boris Johnson, MP for the 97.8% of you who have, until now, been unaware there's a world outside your borders) will appoint a minister for America. Congress and the Senate are disbanded. A questionnaire circulated next year will determine whether any of you noticed.

Tax collectors from Her Majesty's Government will be with you shortly to ensure the acquisition of all revenues due (backdated to 1776).

    Thank you for your co-operation.

This thread is just more of the same empty bullshit. Nobody can actually specify how other presidents are supposed to strong arm our two most powerful rivals. We're just supposed to accept the machismo tough talk nonsense at face value and not look any deeper. Russia and China are not afraid to fight us, and it's not a given that we would win if we did, and especially not if both work together. So lets call all this tough talk malarkey what it actually is. Pure unadulterated partisan bullshit.

Your excuses are sad. Everything Biden touches turns into a dumpster fire and the the Admin and its supporters say "no one could have known", or "nobody else could have done better".

Really! Then why the shortage and increased cost of chips needed to complete cars and truck? Something doesn't make sense if you're correct ;)

Lol…Obama apologized for America, other democrats said America was never great, and TONS of democrats say America is racist. But here with you go with the #1 reason why it’s hard to take many of your posts seriously, all you do is spin.

Lol you’re gonna deflect to Obama?
So Obama hurt your feelings so it’s ok to blame america for a foreign power invading it’s neighbor?
Trump spent plenty of time blaming america, so don’t pretend that’s a deal breaker now

Spin it baby, yeah...So far, the Chinese see us as weak, Russia sees us as weak, the Taliban see us as weak, ISIS sees us as weak, and the illegals surging across our border see us as weak, and it's all thanks to Biden.

But rest easy. If China invades Taiwan and hits them with a deadly virus that wipes out the island, you can be proud the virus probably would not have existed were it not for American know-how and Fauci.

I’m sure those dictators appreciate you deflecting blame on to america for their actions. Who did you blame when russia invaded Georgia?
Should biden declare war over ukraine? Would that be what an alpha like trump would do? Or would he just side with putin like he did when our Intel all said he meddled in our election?
Btw who was president when China sent their virus here?

Thanks for your response letting me know that you won't be responding.

If this happened during the Trump presidency I'd be saying the exact same things I am today about Biden. Trump's options would have been no different than Biden's are today. Trump would have been more bombastic and ridiculous but his options would be no different. Putin knows the score as much as the our military leadership does. Ukraine is right next to his yard, but it's across an ocean for us. We are militarily matched closely enough that we aren't just going to go over there and curb stomp them. This is the reality that we live in, that we have been moving towards for decades. America was never going to be the only powerful nation in the world forever. Russia and China developing an alliance together complicates things even worse.

This is not a situation that's going to be won by tough talk because Putin doesn't care about tough talk. Nobody has to care about tough talk when you know the score. That's the problem with tough talk in the first place. You can generally only fool a fool.
