Do lions need `god-given' morality to understand how to care for their young, co-operate within a pack, or feel anguish at the loss of a companion? Why do we?
We are not lions - we are idiots. And's by the way nearly a wonder that female lions are not killing the worst hunters the world ever had seen: male lions. So we are lucky because we are not the only idiots on this planet - worth to be sacfriced to and breakfasted from sweet lion babies, if we don't like to take care for all and every life on this planet, in the universe and in the transzendent world too.
