I thought it was settled he wasn't running. Now I'm hearing rumors he's reconsidering yet again? This is after he reconsidered and decided not to you just a week ago? Anyone have the skinny on this??

AP sources: Christie soon to decide on primary run
    By BETH DeFALCO
    Associated Press

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) -- New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is reconsidering his decision to stay out of the race for the White House in 2012 and is expected to make a decision soon, according to several people close to the governor with knowledge of his thinking.

The "skinny" on Christie? I don't think it exists.

Drama queen Christie needs to just ****. If he doesn't want the job, then we shouldn't be wanting him to run. Is there any chance that he would be a good President if he didn't want the job for himself, and is only running because the establishment Republicans are pressuring him into it? Besides, it will be a lot less liberal on the stage without him, and that's a good thing.

I'm starting to hate this guy. He's ruining every good quality I admired about him. I liked the fact that he was decisive and direct, but he's being wishy washy as hell about this whole presidential thing. I forgot who it was that called up Hannity the other day, but they were right. Christie is just teasing the Republican party at this point.

MAKE A DECISION AND STICK WITH IT, YOU TUBBY TEASE! I WANT TO VOTE FOR YOU, BUT YOU'RE PISSING ME OFF!

I wish he would run already. I would rather have a fat smart president then a dumb skinny smoker president. Obviously all that carbon monoxide and other pollutants have wrecked Obama's mind so much that all he does now is make speaches, walk around the country and pretty much do what he did that past 3 years, nothing!

Is that coming from him? Or the speculation and pressure from people around him? Has he given speeches where one time he says he wants to and another time he says he doesn't?

He will only run if/when HE decides within the rules/law surrounding elections. That doesn't sound wishy washy to me.

I'm tired of Palin and Christie hanging on the edges of the race. I think a Cain/Bachmann victory would drive the Left into leaving the country for France. How could that be a bad thing?

If Christie's smart he won't run for president until or unless he loses about 80 pounds. It is a simple fact that women won't vote for a man who runs for president unless he is somewhat attractive to them. Christie may be a great governor of a crime ridden slum like New Jersey, but he's a butter-tub and this turns American women off totally.

Sad, but likely true in many cases.

Yikes! If these two are trying to persuade him, America should want nothing to do with him.

If Christie jumps in,he will go through the same media meat grinder Perry did because of his stance on immigration.

Sure seems like the folks pushing him are some of the gopers who aren't especially popular among conservatives as of late....

It will be the most exercise he's had in years?

There won't be room for anyone else?

Everyone better get out of the way!?!?!

They will feel the aftershocks in Indonesia?

All I know is it won't be a very high jump

Not all American women are that shallow, and you just made that up. I have seen thin, attractive women with men who looked like Christie, and I'd vote for him if he ran. I would never vote for Gingrich, Palin, Perry, Romney, or Bachmann. :puke:

Tired of this guy already. He will get blasted if he runs now, after saying in public that he isn't meant for the job at this time.

    Look it's simple.

Hide his twinkies and refuse to tell him where they are until he agree's to run for president.

I'm betting he won't hold out more than 20 minutes.

    What can you expect?
Vanity is one of the seven deadly sins.
Imagine if a bunch of fat cats (no pun intended) were hounding you morning and night to run as their last great white hope, filling your head full of their demagogic bull(*)(*)(*)(*). You'd do the same thing.
There was a reason why the caesars used to have a slave always standing next to them whispering in their ears, 'you are just a man.'

You've almost revealed my own private method for choosing the best candidates this time around. Whoever drives the Left into the most extreme condition of psycho-hatred will automatically become my choice.

Christie will be a shoe in, then. Liberals are obsessed with his weight. They won't be able to focus on anything else. For us, I think it's a good thing. And Christie doesn't seem to be phased by it.

Are you kidding me? Women are attracted to other things besides just looks. They aren't as fickle as we men are. Another thing they are attracted to is power. And Christie exudes a very powerful presence. He has a similar vibe to a mob boss or a strip club owner. He looks very commanding in a suit. Women are turned on by that. I guarantee you, as fat as he is, he's probably still got his share of female admirers.

I wish the fat man would make up his mind already. I can only make fun of Ron Paul for so long.

Question is how much mullah could Christie fund raise by the time the primaries come around?o_O
Takes lots of cash to campaign, and many of the low tier candidates are barely scrapping by.The biggest money makers right now are Perry,Romney, and Paul.Huntsman is using his own money to fund his campaign,Santorum is barely getting by,and Bachmanns funding is so bad,her website looks like it was done by a 1st grader she blew alot of money in Iowa.I havent heard good things about Cains campaign bank either, but that might change since hes been getting attention.Newts campaign is running on fumes also.
