If you have someone that needs Presidential pardoning just to stay out of jail, clearly they should never be in the white house. It also means that Obama would be admitting that Hillary acted illegally. You libs can't keep your story straight!

 

I don't know, if after every party change in the Federal Government, the incoming Administration tries to jail the outgoing Administration, what harm could come of it?

The Constitution, Article I, Section 3:
Judgment in Cases of Impeachments [can include] disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust, or Profit under the United States...

That might be a better route. Impeach those that misuse their office, disqualifying them from holding office again.

You seem to forget the part of my post where I specified the previous administration committed (or may have committed) crimes.

It depends, and its not my call. I certainly wouldn't do it casually. Frankly I would prefer to see the Legislature make greater use of their impeachment power, and were convicted, impose the sanction that the guilty person can never hold public office again. Then if someone wants to launch Criminal Charges as well, the groundwork should be pretty well laid.

I saw a story, can't find it now, that said the reason was because Obama sent Hillary emails and if she's guilty then he's also guilty so they decided not to pursue the matter.
