Clinton: Nominating Obama For Supreme Court Is 'A Great Idea'

Hillary thinks that nominating Barack Obama to the Supreme Court is a great idea. I also think it is a great idea because Obama graduated magna cum laude from the Harvard Law School. I would like to see Obama appointed to the Supreme Court after he finishes his Presidency.

it's not without precedent. Taft was POTUS, but really wanted to be a Supreme Court Justice.... which he became after he lost the 12 election


With that said, I have nothing against a former president doing this, but I do have a problem with Obama doing this as he would simply try to rule from the bench.

the next president has a possibility to name 3 Supreme Court Justices during their presidency. whichever side wins the election will have a generational impact on the direction of the country

 

I think the USA has had enough of BHO being involved, and he should leave the stage once his term in Office is done. The country doesn't need anymore of his helping hand.

 

As much as I'd like to see Cruz as POTUS, I think his constitutional anchored mind would serve the country best as a supreme court justice forany years to come since he's young.

Nobody wants to see/hear from Obama after 1-20-17

 

No doubt, Hillary would offer it to Obama if he helps in the cover-up of the impending charges against her concerning her plainly stupid, illegal handling of above-top-secret information. But I doubt Obama would accept such an appointment. Why? He can make a lot more money, and be a lot more vocal in continuing to advocate his America-hating ideas as a private citizen. Plus, he can make a great deal more money on the dinner speech circuit.
Meanwhile, Hillary can always find some other hyperliberal activist-judge stooge to do the bidding of the Libocrat Party.

Yea, we don't even know if he went graduated from Harvard. The only evidence that I have ever been able to find about that is he was editor of the Harvard law review. Yet, no articles have ever been found written by him.

I would very very entertaining watching Barry have an even closer proximity to the constitution that he has been shredding for the past 7 yrs. Two terms worth of serious damage is more than enough for the country to bear. Another reason to make sure Shillary is defeated......soundly.

If ISIS dies down successfully and everything he's done is mitigated, we'll forget about him. As his presidency was mostly forgettable. The obvious need to restructure the ACA is already a damning on his so-called legacy. What, exactly has the crybaby accomplished? Not much. The next President might garner more of a discussion.

if the Repubs win in 16, the next 4 years will be "but but but.... Obama" or "look what Obama did" or "blame Obama" in general. That's human nature

The Dems did it for 8 years blaming bush.... the reps did it for 8 years blaming Clinton.

 

No one has ever seen his medical records either. Just a note from his doctor saying he is fit to serve. Obama refused to let the press even interview his doctor. It took Trump to get Obama to release his long form birth certificate. All this from a man who told us his administration would be more open than any other.

Hilary is sucking up too Obama for something. Could it be to get a pardon from him if she is convicted in this E-mail fiasco?

 

Not a fan. Understanding that a third of S.C. judges never sat as a judge before their nomination, I still would rather see one with some solid experience on a bench. In Obama's case, I am not one of the board's blathering, hate-mongering, tinfoil hat wearing dips who think everything about him is a lie or exaggeration. Still, no experience as judge and no real experience as a lawyer is not somebody who should get that position.

Just as the Partisan Right continue to try to disparage Bill Clinton.....to deny a successful 2-term Democratic President.....they'll doubly do it with Obama who had to clean up Dubya's mess.

And obviously the Racist Right will never "forgive and forget" that from now on....America is no longer a "white rule only" country.

 

The Democrats had as much or even more to do with the economy tanking than Bush. The economy was already heading into a recession when Bush took office and Fannie Mae was already in trouble from all those bad home loans Clinton forced the banks to take on with the poor. But the Democrats won't admit it.

 

Of course.....Republicans never fail or are wrong. Again...my bad.
