Bernie gave a good opener, and gave a good answer on Socialism….but, my reply is still the same, “Socialism is great until you run out of some one elses money.” But, not so good on raising taxes on the Mid-Class to pay for changes in Affordable Health Care. He evaded question on “Big Govt.” and rambled on some about HRC’s Ad. He gave a fairly good answer on Gun Control, but new Legislation won’t help this huge problem much. Basically he gave the same message as usual.

A good performance overall, but he lacked the passion, etc. he showed in the last debate. The Mod said the Candidates didn’t know the questions beforehand, but it seemed rehearsed and staged thru-out. ALL the Candidates spoke in generalities, and invited ppl to view web sites.

Omalley also opened well, and gave a good answer on his record on Racism, but, in reality, his record isn’t that good on this issue. His answer on Health Care wasn’t that good. He said that Climate Change was the biggest issue, (facing young voters) which is absurd, IMO. He was aligning himself w/ BHO here, and also praised BHO for the state of the Economy…also absurd, and a very different take from Bernie. It seems he was playing to the BHO/Dem group thru-out.

He was asked about the Military Draft, and he rambled on a bit, and mentioned ‘option to serve’ but evaded the question. He did give a good answer on LGBT, and on New Farmers..but he still wants “Comp. Imm. Legislation”, which is still Amnesty in Dem-speak. His performance was much improved since the last debate, probably due to one-at-a-time format here. Also seemed rehearsed and staged.

HRC was trying very hard to be nice, and she PRAISED herself thru-out. Amazingly, she admitted that she didn’t get the job done on Affordable Health Care in the 90s, but then took credit for helping the children on this back then. More self-praise for her fighting the status quo, and esp. for ’40 yrs of fighting Income, and ALL inequality’.

The man who became a, ‘gung ho supporter after watching 11 hrs. of the Benghazi Hearings’ was the FIRST to ask a Foreign Policy question. HRC praised herself and BHO for a “New Strategy" to get Iran to the negotiating table, and for the Iran Nuke Deal, etc. She blamed GWB for the terror threats we now face-a big change in tune from the last debate when she blamed Assad for everything. IMO, his question, and her answer was rehearsed and staged, as was the Muslim woman’s question. The choice of a Muslim woman, who was also an AF Vet, and a mother of 3, to ask this question was NO accident, coincidence, etc.

HRC praised herself more on what to say to GOP Voters, etc. and rambled on about ‘working together’ and ‘finding common ground w/ the GOP Congress, etc.

She basically shrugged off the Benghazi Hearings, saying, I answered all the questions, etc’…then more self-praise for following the ’29 recommendations’ (better late than never) and the Independent Review Board, etc.

She was dishonest about her releasing the emails as it took a Court Order to get them released, blaming the GOP all the way for their being out to get her, etc.

Strangely, (or ominously) at the end she said, “You will hear the truth UNTIL I am elected.” Which could be taken to mean, Once I’m elected, you won’t hear the truth from me.

How does Sanders expect to achieve his socialist conversion?

    The President doesn't write laws.

He can suggest them all he wants but there's no way hes going to have enough Republican or even Democrat support in Congress to get any of his wackjob socialist garbage passed.

I agree, Bernie was somewhat vague about how he was going to pay for all his 'Free' Programs, but he did mention taxing Wall St. for the 'Free' College Plan. Rand Paul said today on FOX that the costs of Bernie's programs would equal our National Debt...now 18 TRILLION, and counting.

    @ Alucard, I hope not!

We will eventually achieve what Bernie is talking about, but as a leftist, it's important for someone to fight for the ideas, rather than make a bunch of crappy compromises like Obama and Clinton.
