He was referencing the economic benefits, its long been a politically right view that wealth creates wealth, and without wealth you'll only increase poverty. The hard work is stopping greed in that process. The PM loves throwing out troll bait - I wish he'd stop and actually try to be more popular but he thinks troll's need feeding and so gives them what they deserve. He has been like that for at least 10 years.
