A desperate man who has taken a path of trying to get a pardon if the Dems win the White house in 2020.

The odds are not looking good for him...

    Yup, it's pretty funny.

They literally refuse to even talk about collusion anymore, if you try to talk about anything else they call you a name, dehumanize or demonize you in some way, to support their ability to personally attack you.

It has already happened in this thread a few times, "If you don't do XXXX you are YYYY"

This is why so many people vote for Trump, they don't like Trump at all (me), they just hate the bigotry and now new racist that is coming from the far Left. Trump won because of that, people didn't like him and you can see it in his numbers, yet he still beat Clinton badly at 306 to 232 but just like the collusion, they don't care about that anymore.

They have changed the subject from actually winning the Presidency to "She got more votes!", now they are doing the same thing with this.

This is nothing because the "MASSIVE COLLUSION!" that the media has been screaming about for two years was proven to be a full on lie. The public has taken notice. I know you guys are going to try to shout louder now to try to cover your lie, but I doubt it will work.

I repeat, if Trump wins again, it will be because of actions like this.

If you are that good at reading poor character and ulterior motives, why can't you see it in Trump? With Trump and his fans, it is always EVERYBODY ELSE who are the bad guys. NEVER can anything be Trump's fault.

The closing statements that Cohen made included talking points that he probably has never even heard before.

    Trump is a facilitator...

"This election is not about the difference between two people.
It is about the difference between two futures!"

It's going to be really interesting to watch, but the approval numbers and the roaring economy are all huge benefits to Trump.

    Trump favorability rating

    November 6th --- 37.5%, with a -21.0% unfavorable average (right before election)

    February 28 --- 41.2%, with a -13.5% unfavorable average (right now)

The DOW is up higher than anyone could imagine and Obama's "Magic Wand" remark makes it difficult for the Dems to attack. Almost every single metric in the economy looks good, you have to really cherry pick things to attack it and that is a known losing strategy.

Only 31% of "White Male" voted for Democrats in 2016. This was the lowest total for any "White Gender" (male or female) for either single party. Being that each white demographic is 31%+ of the total vote, when Democrats get less than 30% of the
"White Male" vote in 2020, can they win?

It seems the literal only card the Democratic Party has to play, is to attack Trump with everything they've got. I just don't think Cohen was NEARLY enough to do the trick and if Cohen didn't have any way of proving "collusion", being that he was so close to Trump with a SEVERE ax to grind, the nation now knows the idea of "collusion" was a lie to drag Trump through the mud.

Here is real life: Mueller is out of the picture in the Cohen case. He can't process him again. They signed a plea deal. Now it's up to the judge. And, if he lied to Congress, to the spanking brand new Attorney General that Trump just appointed.

So your quaint Conspiracy Theory, which was always ridiculous, now reaches below the levels of psychedelic pipe dream.

I am definitely not a Trump fan, I am just a Progressive hater because they are so hypocritical.

We now know that Collusion is not gonna happen, so now you guys are literally digging up ANYTHING you can to try to attack Trump. Meanwhile, Clinton deleted Federal records and the other laundry list of The Clinton Foundations illegal activity make it so people see this as completely hypocritical.

You guys turned such a blind eye to your side, that the only people that care about the other side are those on the far Left. The Right obviously doesn't and those of us in the middle, be it center-left like my GF or center-right like myself, see's this now as a dog and pony show that was lead on by a lie.

You guys are lying to yourself if you truly think this trial was something that will anger true Independents.

As I posted above, his favorability rating is almost a full 10 percentage points higher than it was on the day he was elected, you guys were swinging for the fences calling him a "traitor" and you missed, plain and simple.

Is there any other way to defend Trump blindly? Keep an eye on Sekulow. I have a feeling he might have overstepped the boundaries of "blindness".

    "Blindly" being the operative word.

Yeah... because feeding "the left wing frenzy' is well worth committing perjury and risk losing a plea agreement that would get him a prison sentence of.... maybe 3 years... and instead get him a life sentence.

Don't Trump loyalists ever wonder what it would be like if they could perform basic human functions like... i don't know.... think?

Individual 1 ordered them. This has been adjudicated. In a Court of Law.

The message is not for you. Those for whom this message is directed know who they are. In my opinion this is the most powerful message to come out of all of this. I have a certain cautious confidence that William Barr will do the right thing. But this message is for those, like him, who have the future of this nation in their hands.

Make no mistake about it, If they decide to protect Trump, they will not get away with it. Sooner or later their acts will catch up with them. They might keep him out of jail for a while, if they decide to follow him "blindly". But this will not die. Ever... It's too big. Anybody who broke the law, and those who covered up, will follow a fate much worse than Cohen's.

If a left wing President commits an indictable crime, I personally will demand that they do! Country comes before partisanship!

Schiff has been saying all year that if people follow Trump blindly they'll suffer like him? Suffer.. how? They'll become Congressmen like Schiff?

You are really weird! In any case, the first time I heard it was from Cohen.

Trump ordered Cohen to cheat on his taxes, to lie on his mortgage application, to be fraudulent with his taxi medallions???? Get real! Quit assuming I just fell off the turnip truck. Unless you have something that borders on credibility, go away.

Yeah.... he ordered him to lie about Santa Claus bringing gifts on Christmas!

No! I'm obviously talking about lying in what relates to Trump!

Of course which has nothing to do with Cohen's prison sentence.

I'm sure Trump will be vetting future associates much more thoroughly ... though how Trump's people might have discovered Cohen's tax fraud, when the IRS failed ... :confuse:

Sure ... Manafort was obvious pick. He worked on Reagan's campaign and later John McCain's. Flynn's lifetime of service, and his Admin experience were valuable assets too. Papadopoulos was a pretty insignificant character, and again with Gates ... how would Trump, or anyone else, discover tax fraud the IRS didn't? Private parties can't subpoena tax returns, or bank records. Ironically, Obamas "ban the box" initiative means none of them have to disclose their convictions in the future.

None involving "collusion", the thing you all wanted to uncover.
