Actually there are 3 signs it could be tweaked by man. That some say those signs are natural by mutation is only an opinion. For the other experts say it is possible they were engineered. Snopes isn't entirely reliable but as I clearly said, they at least provide direct references for their statements, unlike your regurgitated spam message. It's a lot like Wikipedia on that front - you don't need to accept what is written there unconditionally but it is a good source for independent references and links to primary sources. I've no idea why you're talking about courts since nothing has been presented that comes close to even an allegation of any specific criminal offence, let alone any actual evidence. And while it's true that the false statements don't automatically prove the entire thing to be false, they should be removed from any future assertions and the conclusions built upon them need to be readdressed.
Can you trust the US not to do it, is the better question, all things considered. The virus was engineered for "gain of function" at UNC in Chapel Hill. I would trust the US over the CCP. They harvest organs from prisoners and sell them. As much as I distrust my own govt ,I distrust China more. As I understand it if you want to study a virus you engineer it to cross over to humans . This supposedly was done in Wuhan. Question is, did it escape accidently or by intent? Yes, I've read all that. What I mean is that I've never been aware of such processes, but I don't keep track of things like that. So I'm curious as to how common it is over years? I do know that bills are sponsored by one or several, and that they always seek cosponsors, but I just never knew of repurposing and renaming. I don't doubt that it's possible, but I'm just curious as to how frequently it's happened over the decades. IMO, this is still most suspicious.
