How do you enforce the prohibition on an item that small, that's either smuggled in from outside the country or produced on milling machines or 3D printers in country?

 

i have never had a reason or need to own a weapon, i have lived 67 years just fine...the gun debate has no effect on me personally but everywhere is getting slightly more dangerous, and as i say give it time
