    You are special in the sense that the US is your home. Robert Frost defined home as the place "that when you have to go there they have to take you in."

    People born elsewhere don't get that privilege.

    That is a border patrol tent camp. Beats living outside for all those that had nowhere to go. I guess you are against treating people well. You said nary a word when Obama separated children.

    Disagree. We have a system here that is special and most Americans are blessed to have opportunities others don't. If all of the haters and race baiting children would stop messing it up, things would be even better.

    These kids are likely seeing physicians for the first time in their lives in these facilities. They're being treated so poorly.

    He does not have the power or authority to do either of those acts. Many on this Board simply have no idea how immigration law works.

    Describing myself as special? I consider myself special to be an American. You sound angry that Americans are special because we are born here. Especially when compared to most other countries in the world.

    The courts will enjoin his actions, and the SCOTUS will override him. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are grateful for their appointments, but their judicial philosophies are such that they will not sustain overweening executive authority.

    He likely was aware or at least informed the courts would do as they have and blocked his other actions, yet he went ahead regardless….why not this? It would be easier than his wall.

    You should go down there. They have lots of openings.

    According to Customs and Border Protection, as of March 17, there were 19,346 Border Patrol agents on duty, short of the congressionally mandated 21,370.
    That's almost 100 fewer agents than there were at the end of September 2017.
