Just so anyone who supports or participates in the Black Lives Matter movement is aware, you all deserve congratulations....though not for the reasons you intended. I am a white professional that never really cared much about the race of ANYONE in life until about five years ago. My changed mentality began when Middle Eastern men truly began to be the primary face of terror in the world and I noticed I avoided them whenever possible.
Now in this country there is a new face to avoid and it is Black. Instead of giving me reason to feel compassion and be of help, recent and ongoing patterns of violence and anger have pushed me away from everything you hoped for.

You have made me Racist against you.....congratulations.

 

Yea...how uppity for those blacks to be "angry" about being targeted and unjustly killed by police...

 

And members of BLM seem to be too stupid to understand that is the way a majority of Americans feel about them.

 

Maybe if they committed no crime or action, they would not have the attention of the police. Yes it is as simple as that. Simply obey the law.

Don't forget to congratulate Obama for creating, promoting and supporting the division in America. Obama managed to completely erase all of the things that brought Americans closer together, in the name of what?

Obama did not create this movement or promote policy that might lead to it....what he did was be black. I actually (in hindsight) consider his Presidency to be quite successful and pretty benign domestically.

 

Demonstrable facts, no amount of media flim flam can erase history. America to Obama was unacceptable and he decided to do everything he could to **** it up and succeeded. That is why Donald Trump won.

Its just like those blacks to notice race in everything...there would be no posts here about race if they didn't do things to upset people so much it forced them to start them. Obama was the worst of all. He was on tv all the time expressing his opinion and upsetting American citizens. He wouldn't admit he was foreign born, a Marxist that hated America, a Muslum, a homosexual or that he wanted to destroy the military. What a divider.

I am tired of people on this forum that blame others for their own feelings. Be responsible. Disagree with what people do, say, or think. But do not blame them for what you do, say or think.

 

The problem with this statement is that in almost every case they have been "uppity" about, that case has been based on lies.

 

I agree with you and the OP. I don't yet hate BLM but they are trying hard to get me to hate them.

Yes Obama did do just that and with malice aforethought. He was the most racist (in that he was a deliberate race-baiter and race-agitator) president in the history of this nation. He wanted to set ethnic minorities against the throat of the police and against most Whites. He failed in almost everything else he tried as a president, but this much he did succeed in accomplishing. He was a true leftist.

You are wrong. Obama deliberately tried his very best to re-ignite race problems in this nation. Or have you forgotten that before he became president nobody was particularly concerned about racial issues any more and those radical and professional Black activists had just about been put out of their jobs as the nation AND Blacks and other minorities had gotten on with their lives? Then Obama showed up and IMMEDIATELY had to conduct that infamous Beer Summit because HE made race-baiting statement and then so forth and so on.

Obama WANTED to re-ignite racial and ethnic minority troubles in this nation and he did so over the course of eight long years. What is happening today IS the legacy of the Obama presidency.

 

It's a common left wing trope that racism is the result of ignorance. Most often it's actually the result of experience.
