Sorry to burst the bubble, but IMHO the US will never jail a former POTUS. No matter how bad he is, we will never jail one because it will make us a look like a third world country. I honestly think that he will get home confinement (if any real punishment at all), or he will get pardoned by whomever holds office when he is adjudicated like Ford did for Nixon.

Nixon and Trump are both criminals, only Ford pardoned Nixon before he was even tried.

 

The American voter see what is going on, they are not stupid...He could pardon himself when he wins 2024, but looking at Trump bold moves, He may get elected and just let the appellate courts reverse any conviction under his presidency just to show the citizens and the world how corrupt our government really is.. that would just cinch the backing of the American people to get the deep state cleaned out without much fuss...

Looks like the Biden White House involvement in all these case is going to be a strong selling point in Trump campaign.... and that is just another example of our corrupt government that Trump gets to clean up.
