This makes sense. In their quest to ostensibly help a sick black man, the cops (who were never called by the individual in question) decide to bust his apartment door in, taser him a couple of times, then fatally shoot him after calling him the N word. Well you can't be more helpful than that. Nope, the cop who fired the fatal shot didn't get indicted of course. No no, the essentially all-white police force in this country is by no means racist just because practically every black person in America thinks so. Nothing racist about this all too typical example of how they "serve and protect" the black community.
Well, when you employ drooling retards and put them in a uniform you can't expect them to think or operate beyond the level of basic motor functions. Yet another disgusting example of police state tactics.
The police had no idea if someone else inside the apartment had made the call for help. They were confronted by a hostile and aggressive person brandishing a knife. Had the man followed directive, he would almost certainly be alive today.
The only "drooling moron" was Chamberlain. I'll type this really slow. You don't refuse to open your door when the cops ask you to. They weren't there to 'bust' him. They were called because 'C' had pressed an emergency button. On the tape the cops clearly said "we just want to make sure you are OK then we'll leave". By law the cops were legally obligated to make sure 'C' was OK. What did 'C' do? He started waving a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing butcher knife at the cops. He repeatedly attempted to stab the cops. And that's why my little LIB friends NO cop was charged with anything and never will be. Don't like the FACTS? Want to make this idiot into another 'Poor sweet innocent Black man MURDERED! by Whitey'? Fill your Birks my friends.....fill your Birks. I'm guessing 'C' had a bit too much PCP for breakfast. As a matter of fact I guarantee it.
Im sure the cops planned this the whole way. There is a lot missing from your story. Im sure there was a reason this guy was tasered.
Yup. Lets imagined this happened just like the OP and story lay it out. I am sure, some guys kicked in the door and started firing. LOL. Just another attempt by the 20 and 30 year old children our society to cry about the evils of authority. Odd that people like snakestretcher simultaneously are willing to accept dependence from this government for their sustainability. I thought they were all drooling fools? Please go find an England forum and stay there.
Isn't it odd... how those whose ideology surrounds relinquishing liberty to the authoritarian, centralized state... so that it may define, disseminate and enforce social and economic "justice"... are most likely the first to cry "police state"?
'C' or some one else obviously paid money to have an 'emergency' service. "So Mr. 'C' you are aware that when you press this button a signal is sent to our call center. When we get the emergency alarm signal we phone you immediately to find out if anything is wrong. Now suppose you've passed out after pressing the button. If you don't answer we immediately send the police to check to make sure you're OK. When we do that the police are legally required to personally check things out. If they come to your door and you won't open it and tell them to go away how do they now that there isn't someone holding a gun on you, or a knife. They HAVE to SEE that you are OK. Now here's the part you really need to get clear. If, after they've tried to get you to open your door they have to force the door open then you go after them with a butcher knife and they have to 'Tazz' you but you won't stop attacking them they WILL use rubber bullets as the next step to stop you. If that doesn't work I'm sorry to tell you they WILL shoot you dead. One last thing: Doing PCP for breakfast is NOT a healthy start to your day".
Come to my city. You'll find that it's not "all-white" in our police force. It's about 50/50 black and white here. Try not to extrapolate the nature of the whole country from one incident.
If the fool had openend the door when the police first arrived, he would be alive today. Why wouldn't he open the door and let the police verify he did not need medical help? The guy was obviously dealing with some serious mental problems. Perhaps he has holding a child or young woman inside his apartment against her will. Then the liberals and their first cousins, the socialists would be complaining the police did not break the door down and rescue this child! What drugs was this fellow on that he was tased twice and was not affected? Sounds to me like there is a lot about this case that CNN is with holding from us.
There's something wrong when the police break a man's door down and shoot the man multiple times while he's likely trying to defend himself.
How is whether or not the individual in question called the police the slightest bit relevant? Furthermore, I am more confident that a local grand jury made the right decision in this case. Not only that, this moron shouldn't have come at cops with a knife. But hey, let's give the racists at the Obama "Justice" Department a shot at "justice," right? There's a lesson to be learned here: DO NOT COME AT COPS WITH A BUTCHER KNIFE. ROFLMAO!!! ,
The relevance for me, is that someone else inside the apartment could have made the distress call. ...as in hostage or captive. The police had no way of knowing the possible situation on the other side of the door. I agree with your post.
Strange things happen in blue states. "I'm from the government and am here to help." Is this a Trayvon, Sr. case? Just a routine incident magnified to deflect attention from Obama's horrid record?
Please show the demographics of the Police force country wide. I want a link to this "essentially all white police force" Also if you read the articles when this first hit the media some of the responding officers were.... BLACK. YOUR RACE CARD FAILS.
There's not enough evidence to make an informed decision, but, as always, I'm reticent to give the police the benefit of the doubt given their atrocious track record of violating people's rights and protecting their own. Also, I'm not sure why the police insisted on going inside. Obviously, the man who called was fine, said he was fine multiple times, and had no desire to let the police in his home. Probably another example of cops getting mad at someone for not subserviently licking their boots... And I don't recall any legal obligation on the part of the police to enter his home. In fact, the SCOTUS has specifically said that agents of the state have no positive obligation to help anyone under any circumstances.
Leftists only rage against the police state when they think it will sound hip and trendy. Otherwise, they're all for it.
Who were the witnesses? The witnesses were the cops who killed the sick man in his own home. Don't you think you would lie about what happened if you kicked in a door and shot a man in cold blood? BTW, the best way to get rid of an enemy is to call 911 and make up a story about how your enemy is some type of nut who is going to do some horrible crimes. The SWAT will show up and shoot the guy 90 times without a second thought. That's probably what happened in this case.
