Coronavirus is breaking through the vaccine! I just learned today that a relative of mine is sick with Coronavirus and they had previously been vaccinated. I hope they don't die! So, I guess soon more vaccine booster shots are going to be recommended by the medical community. Right now they aren't saying anything because they don't want people to be afraid of getting the vaccine (Vaccines’ protection against virus infection is waning, C.D.C. studies suggest. (msn.com)). It's starting to look like nothing will stop this Coronavirus. I have a bad feeling of a bleak future.
I also had two family members fully vaccinated who contracted Delta. They played by all the rules and both actually got quite sick for days, even though they never had to be hospitalized. Unfortunately, this is not new news. It's been happening and happening a whole let while the left deny it. They continue trying to blame it on the unvaccinated. They refuse to believe that the vaccinated are spreading Delta just as much as the unvaccinated are. That's why it is spreading everywhere, even among the vaccinated in places like California, Israel, and Iceland, all with very high vaccination rates. The left want to hide this information because they don't want you to know because it goes against the agenda they are trying to push. So, they blame it all on the unvaccinated.
I'm glad they recovered and are doing better. How did they know they had Delta if they weren't hospitalized?
One tested positive for "Covid" and was told that about 80% of cases were Delta. One of their co-workers also tested positive. That's as far as that went. The spouse got sick also but was never tested. Their symptoms were both the same. They were both sick as dogs for several days, unable to do much of anything. They are both in their 30's. Neither were hospitalized. It's possible their vaccines saved them from worse symptoms. It's also possible that their Pfizer vaccines had zero effect on them and they would have run the exact same course anyway. Impossible to know that timeline. But, since they were both young and fairly healthy, it is likely they may not have been hospitalized. If so, the vaccine would have been totally useless to them.
Being vaccinated doesn't mean you cannot catch the virus, you can catch it even when vaccinated. Plus, being vaccinated doesn't mean you cannot get sick with Covid, you can get sick even when vaccinated. I hope nobody has ever claimed anything else where you live. The vaccines reduce severe symptoms and protect the body from getting seriously sick from Covid, they largely reduce the number of hospitalizations, ICU patients, and deaths. You still can get the virus when vaccinated, but to a large degree it cannot cause any serious harm anymore.
That is what they want you to feel--depressed. That's one reason so many people I know feel the same way. The sad truth is that the virus has a survival rate of 99%. Even sadder truth is that masks don't stop its spread and neither does the clot shot. I too know people now sick, having been vaccinated months ago. Will the frightened and depressed masses every come to their senses? Will they ever understand they've been duped? Many have, many never will. Life goes on.
