Sue the DNC to extinction for suppressing news about and action on this issue and getting this cure out.

The party leadership are committing negligent homicide.

They have gone way beyond the pail to extort obedience from the government to their demands while letting victims of coronavirus die.

Read the writing on the wall, people. This is a dangerous gang of criminals and only you can stop them.
You must stop them, through litigation in the courts, because you're next.

It works, but big pharma is hoping to manufacture new drugs that aren't cheap. Disgrace. Get your hands on some or even natural quinine while you can!

I believe that from here on they can be prosecuted and sued for negligent homicide. They are allowing the genocide of hundreds or thousands of people. It is akin to a war crime, and they are guilty beyond any doubt.

Big pharma does not have our best interest in mind. They need to find a way to make money from an 80 year old drug.

Genocide in the sense that whites are the largest elderly demographic?

    For NY's sake, I hope it's helpful.

We will never forget the courage they showed on 9/11. We stand together with NY and will do everything we can for them.

Cuomo thinks he will need 30,000 ventilators up and running two weeks. That means an additional 45,000 ICU qualified nurses and an additional 22,500 Respiratory Therapy Technicians. (One ICU nurse can handle two patients per shift. There are three eight hour shifts per day. One Respiratory Therapy Tech can handle 8 ventilators per shift and there are three eight hour shifts per day).

Along with the ventilators and the nurses and the respiratory techs they will also need oxygen, vacuum and forced air lines for each ventilator station. The nurses and techs also will have to put on new personal protection gear and respirators for each patient encounter (normally, a nurse assigned to a patient can last about three hours in a PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) suit and mask). Every time the nurse goes in and out of the patient room then the nurse (or tech) must put on and then take off the personal protection gear.

The ventilators require regular changes of the tubing that connects the patient to the machine. And there are also medications sometimes administered via the ventilator as an aerosol. A trained, certified Respiratory Therapy Tech requires about two years of school/training. To handle ventilators requires additional training.

There are not enough ICU or CCU beds to handle more than 1500 patients in NYC right now.

There are not enough ICU qualified nurses and Respiratory Therapists to handle more than 1500 critical care patients in respiratory distress from Corona.

The real problem is not the lack of ventilators. It is the lack of personnel to set up and operate those ventilators.

Hopefully the Gov is shooting way high on the number of ventilators needed.

Hopefully everyone in the North East is preparing to help.

LOL! Get a grip. If it works it will be used. Democrats are dying too.

If this crackpot conspiracy theory were true, Fauci would be screaming every day, not to mention trump.

Why would you refer to a medication that has saved lives as a "crackpot conspiracy theory"?

Yes, it has saved lives for MALARIA!

Only right-wing media seems to be touting this, hence why it falls within a conspiracy theory, because they are promoting this as a cure when there is no evidence as yet. Maybe in combination with other drugs there might be promise, but this medicine has serious side effects which is contingent upon each individuals health, and that alone does not make it a panacea.

If your grandma was dying and this was an option, would you worry about side effects?

Yes, I would. Medicine doesn't work the way you think it does.

I would venture to say you might be a bit young, or at the very least aren't taking any medications. The moment you're on prescriptions for a chronic condition, which most seniors are, you always have to be careful what you take with them. This is why there are drug trials, to weed out drug interactions, allergies, and other unforeseen side effects which has the potential to be worse than the disease itself.

Most are already known, this medication has been around since the 1930's, it wasn't mixed up in a lab last week.

    I'm mid 40's.

No, he wouldn't. Fauci is a politically motivated as any democrat, and he fawns over Hillary. That's part of her email trail. You will notice that he is not the one who pushed these malarial drugs. That all came from outside his little political fort. However many people they've saved, he has had virtually nothing to do with it.

    Trump should dump him.

So trump wouldn't be screaming about it? Get a grip on reality. There is no conspiracy. Turn off Fox. Turn off Rush. Close the page for Breitbart. And learn the facts.

I just saw a Lupus patient who treats his condition with hydroxychloroquine. He received a call from his pharmacy saying the drug won't be available for renewal because it is all being used for Corona test trials in New York.

What's you point? Should we not test it because it's needed elsewhere? Obviously manufacturing of this drug need to be put in high gear, it seems to be very useful for lots of things.

No, the point was that they are rushing ahead with testing as fast as they can. Apparently they have already depleted or are claiming all existing supplies.

So stop the conspiracy nonsense. The actual experts are moving as fast as they can. There is no one in the world who is sane, who doesn't want to see a solution.

And it will take time to gear up production even if it does work. That won't be a conspiracy either. It is the nature of reality.

And on what do they base their "conclusion" that they need all existing supplies to run tests? Ask Mr Science.

They don't. They are hoarding to remove supplies availability from the public. Or explain themselves. They won't, I guarantee you they won't. They are licensed by academia to lie. This is not acceptable, not by any stretch of imagination.

Nowhere in that post do I say there's a conspiracy. You're the one who keeps saying that. You're the one in fear.
