    I have read a couple of times about US Manufactures selling directly to the cartel. Could someone provide a link proving that fact.

    They are not selling directly to the cartel. They sell to the Mexican military. Soldiers go AWOL and take the weapons with them, and then join the cartel. I suppose we can let someone else sell weapons to the Mexican military. Who do you recommend?
